Granite Crushing & Screening Plant in Indonesia
This setup is a 250TPH granite crushing plant, comprising 2 sets of vibration feeders, a jaw crusher, 2 sets of cone crushers, 3 sets of vibrating screens, and some belt conveyors.
The final product size is 0-7mm, 7-12mm, and 12-25mm.
1. Feeding
- The truck unloads raw granite stones into the hopper.
- The vibrating feeder receives material from the hopper.
- The vibrating feeder is with grizzly bars (120mm gap), which separate the material into 0-120mm and +120mm.
- >120mm stones proceed to crushing(Primary Crushing).
- 0-120mm bypasses directly to screening(Primary Screening).
2. Primary Crushing
- The jaw crusher processes 120-850mm stones.
- Crushed output is conveyed to the storage bin.
3. Primary Screening
- First vibrating screen processes:
- Screening results:
- 0-20mm: Sent to product pile.
- 20-120mm: To storage bin(The same as the output product of the jaw crusher).

4. Secondary Crushing Prep
- The vibrating feeder sends material from the storage bin into the belt conveyor, which is equipped with an iron remover.
- Metal-free material enters the cone crusher circuit.
5. Secondary Crushing
- The first cone crusher reduces 20-120mm material.
- The second cone crusher further processes the output.
6. Secondary Screening
- The vibrating screening mesh is 25mm and 35mm, and the screening results are:
- +35mm: Recirculates to secondary crusher
- 25-35mm: Final product pile.
- 0-25mm: Proceeds to final screening.
7. Final Screening
- Two-deck screen (7mm/12mm) processes 0-25mm:
- 0-7mm: Final product.
- 7-12mm: Final product.
- 12-25mm: Final product.
