JXSC has successfully delivered a 10 TPH Zinc-Lead Ore Processing Plant in Morocco. We designed the processing plant flowchart and plant layout drawing in accordance with the ore conditions in 2021, and the clients installed it in 2022. We provided a complete set of mining machines and all accessories for this zinc-lead plant.

Process Design Solution
- The chute feeder smoothly feeds raw ore into the jaw crusher.
- The jaw crusher crushes big rocks to medium size.
- A fine crusher is a secondary crusher for crushing medium stones to a small size.
- Hammer crusher is for grinding fine ore to 0- 2 mm, so that the gold concentrates can be released completely from rocks.
- Preliminary concentrate enrichment using spiral chutes.
- The shaking tables are used for separation and to upgrade the recovery rate.

Customer Questions & Our Answers
Q1: What grade can be achieved after processing?
A: This depends on the grade of the customer’s raw ore; typically, after processing with our equipment, the grade can reach over 60%.
Q2: Why use a hammer crusher instead of a ball mill?
A: A ball mill can grind material to less than 1 millimeter, while a hammer crusher can crush material to less than 2 millimeters. Tests conducted on this customer’s ore indicate that crushing the ore to 2 millimeters achieves the maximum recovery rate for lead and zinc minerals; therefore, a 2-millimeter particle size is more suitable for this customer. Grinding the material too finely would actually reduce the recovery rate.
Q3: Why is a spiral chute used after the hammer crusher instead of feeding the material directly into the shaking table?
A: The primary function of the spiral chute is to perform preliminary enrichment of the lead-zinc concentrate.
Since the processing capacity of a single shaking table is only 1–2 metric tons per hour, and this client has a high throughput, using shaking tables directly after crushing would require a large number of units to meet production demands. Therefore, we recommend first using a spiral chute for the preliminary enrichment of lead-zinc minerals.
Q4: What are the warranty terms?
A: The warranty period is twelve (12) months, calculated from the date the main components of the equipment arrive at the Port of Monrovia, Liberia (excluding wear parts).
① All goods are 100% brand new when shipped from the factory. If the customer needs to replace original machine parts, they must consult with JXSC in advance to avoid potential issues.
② If the customer requires wear parts, we can provide them as quickly as possible.
③ If the equipment experiences operational issues, we will provide online technical support to assist the customer in resolving the problem.
Q5: Why is a shaking table required after the spiral chute?
A: In the lead-zinc ore beneficiation process, a spiral chute is typically used first for roughing, followed by a shaking table for concentrating; this process aims to achieve “particle size classification and complementary advantages,” thereby maximizing recovery rates and concentrate grade. The combination of these two methods overcomes the limitations of a single piece of equipment in terms of sorting accuracy and processing capacity.
Q6: If engineers are required, how long will it take? What are the costs?
A: If the buyer requires JXSC to dispatch engineers to the mine site to provide installation and commissioning guidance, the buyer must bear the following additional costs:
① Engineer salaries: $150 per person per day (the installation period depends on the readiness of the customer’s mine site);
② Round-trip airfare;
③ Visa application fees;
④ Other potential expenses before and after the installation period (such as accommodation costs during layovers);
⑤ Meal arrangements.
The installation period typically lasts 1–2 months, and we recommend dispatching two engineers.
Q7: Do you provide operating manuals?
A: Yes, after the customer places an order for the equipment, we will provide operating manuals for all equipment.
In addition, we will provide detailed layout drawings of the pilot plant, foundation drawings, and drawings of all major equipment.
