Integrated Vibrating Screen & Sluice Gold Mining Machine

This integrated gold mining machine combines a high-efficiency vibrating screen with a sluice box system to create a powerful all-in-one gold recovery solution. Perfect for prospectors looking to maximize their gold recovery while minimizing setup time and equipment footprint.

Capacity: 0-450 TPH
Feeding Size: 0-30 mm
Motor Power: 5.5-37 kW
Processable Material: Placer/alluvial gold, river sand, and other heavy minerals (such as tungsten, tin, and diamonds)

Integrated Vibrating Screen & Sluice Gold Mining Machine Overview

The integrated vibrating screen and sluice gold recovery machine is a compact alluvial gold washing and separation unit that combines a high-frequency vibrating screen with a gravity-separation gold sluice. By eliminating the intermediate slurry transfer stage and significantly reducing the loss of fine gold, it has become a cost-effective, mainstream choice for small and medium-sized alluvial gold mines.

Main Features

  • High-frequency, uniform vibration agitates the ore particles, accelerating the separation of heavy and light minerals and significantly improving gold recovery efficiency.
  • Specially designed flushing channels effectively break up ore aggregates bound by clay, preventing fine-grained gold from being trapped in mud clumps and lost.
  • Utilizing the cross-flow separation principle, the material follows a long separation path, ensuring that fine-grained gold has sufficient residence time to settle onto the gold-capturing mat.
  • Supported by a heavy-duty welded frame and shock-absorbing springs, the unit operates smoothly with low noise and a long service life.
  • The slope is infinitely adjustable to accommodate varying on-site conditions such as raw ore density, water flow rate, and particle size.
  • Widely applicable, not only for placer gold recovery but also for the pre-concentration of placer tin, tantalum-niobium, and other heavy minerals.

Optional Configurations

To accommodate different mining conditions and customer budgets, the integrated inclined screen and sluice system can be supplied in several configurations.

1. Basic Non-Powered Version

Instead of using an integrated electric or diesel-powered vibration system, with no motors, vibration sources, or transmission mechanisms, it relies entirely on the weight of the ore and high-pressure water jets to perform screening operations. It requires no external power throughout the entire process and is widely recognized in the industry as a power-free device, making it particularly well-suited for remote placer gold mining areas without electricity.

The basic non-powered version is designed for operations where simplicity, low investment, and easy maintenance are the main priorities.

2. Standard Powered Version(Integrated Vibrating Screen & Sluice Gold Mining Machine/Vibrating Gold Washing Plant)

The standard powered model is equipped with a dedicated vibrating mechanism and is designed for continuous and stable operation.

It is suitable for customers who require higher processing efficiency and more consistent screening performance. The machine can be configured with an electric motor, diesel engine, or other suitable power system according to site conditions and customer requirements.

3. Foldable / Collapsible Version

The foldable version is developed for mining sites where transportation, storage, and rapid deployment are important considerations.

The screening and sluice structure can be designed with a folding or collapsible frame, allowing the machine to occupy less space during transportation. After arriving at the mining site, the equipment can be unfolded and installed for operation.

Structures & Working Principle

Vibrating Inclined Sluice Screen Structure

The integrated vibrating screen & sluice gold recovery machine integrates a feed hopper, an inclined vibrating screen (with adjustable mesh size), an internal sluice (featuring gold-catching mats or corrugated plates), a spray system and a foldable support frame into a single unit, enabling a fully automated process covering feeding, screening, gold recovery, and tailings discharge.

  • ‌Inclined Screen Frame: A steel structural frame set at a specific angle—typically adjustable—to accommodate mineral materials with varying characteristics.
  • ‌Screening System: Typically utilizes steel rod screens or wear-resistant screens, offering high impact resistance and efficient material throughput.
  • ‌Spraying System: Equipped with a built-in high-pressure spray unit to assist in breaking up mineral clumps and washing the ore; particularly suitable for mining areas with high clay content.
  • ‌Concentration Sluice: Features a dedicated sluice at the bottom lined with gold-trapping materials (such as gold-catching mats or rubber pads) to capture and concentrate fine-grained gold.

Integrated Vibrating Screen & Sluice Gold Mining Machine Working Principle

Driven by one or two vibration motors, the screen box generates periodic reciprocating vibrations. Under the combined action of vibration, gravity, and high-pressure spray water, the ore material gets fully stratified and separated:

  • Coarse gravel and waste rock are retained on the upper screen decks and discharged directly from the tail end.
  • Fine gold-bearing slurry passes through the screen meshes. It flows directly into the integrated sluice box at the bottom, where gold-catching carpets and riffles capture gold particles with high specific gravity, while light tailings flow out with the water stream.
  • This integrated design eliminates intermediate ore transfer links, reducing fine gold loss during material handling.
