It can be adapted to various mining scenarios such as coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines, and meets all-around hoisting needs from ground and underground -30° inclined roadways to 800-meter deep vertical shafts.

JK/2JK(B) Mine Hoist Overview
The JK(B)/2JK(B) single-rope mine hoist is a highly adaptable lifting solution, engineered for diverse applications across coal, metal, and non-metal mining operations. Available in multiple configurations, it accommodates varying load requirements, ensuring seamless material and personnel transport. Its robust, high-capacity design is optimized for both vertical shafts and sloped tunnels, delivering dependable performance even in demanding underground conditions.
As the standard variant, the JK/2JK series is designed for general-purpose mining hoisting with a focus on efficiency and durability. It features a single-drum (JK) or double-drum (2JK) configuration, offering flexibility for shallow to medium-depth mines. It features a single-rope winding design with a maximum lifting capacity of 17 tons and a maximum lifting speed of up to 12.3 meters per second. It is suitable for mining operations with lower annual output and shaft depths of less than 400 meters. The system excels in vertical shaft applications, integrating advanced braking and control mechanisms to ensure safe, continuous operation. Its modular design simplifies maintenance, while corrosion-resistant materials extend service life in harsh environments.
The JKB/2JKB mine hoist is an explosion-proof product in the JK series, specifically designed for mines with explosive gas environments such as methane and coal dust. The JKB features a single-drum structure, while the 2JKB has a double-drum structure. Both are equipped with a hydraulic rope-adjusting clutch for easy rope length adjustment to accommodate different hoisting depths. This model has a maximum hoisting speed of 8 m/s, an operating temperature range of -20℃ to +40℃, and an IP65 protection rating. It employs a triple closed-loop control system of “speed-torque-position” to achieve a speed accuracy of ±0.5% and a stopping accuracy of ±20mm. Equipped with an 8-level fall protection system and an automatic fault diagnosis system, it significantly enhances its intrinsic safety level.
JK/2JK(B) Mine Hoist Structural Features
- JK Single-rope Mine Hoist: Single-drum design, drum diameter ≥ 2 meters, constructed with a high-strength steel plate welded structure, main shaft made of 45# steel forgings, integrally annealed to ensure load-bearing strength.
- 2JK Single-rope Mine Hoist: Double-drum design, equipped with a radial toothed hydraulic rope adjusting clutch, allowing rope length adjustment without stopping the machine, adapting to different depth operation requirements.
- JKB Single-rope Mine Hoist: Explosion-proof design, specifically designed for underground coal mine environments containing flammable and explosive gases such as methane and coal dust, explosion-proof marking is Ex d I Mb, certified by the national “Safety Mark”.
- 2JKB Single-rope Mine Hoist: Double-drum explosion-proof type, double drums + hydraulic rope adjusting clutch, supports online rope adjustment, strong continuity of hoisting operations, suitable for continuous hoisting in medium and deep wells.

JK Mine Hoist Structure
The JK/2JK(B) mine hoist is mainly composed of the main shaft device, reducer, rope adjusting mechanism, disc brake device, hydraulic station, depth indicator, speed measuring generator device, elastic coupling, gear coupling, motor, operating table, and electrical control system.
Single Rope Winding Hoist Main Shaft Device
The main shaft device is the working mechanism of the winch and also the main load-bearing part of the winch. It bears all the torque of the winch and serves as a winding hoisting wire rope to withstand various loads. It is mainly composed of the main shaft, bearing, bearing seat, reel, support wheel, liner, high-strength bolt assembly, and other components.

JK(B)/2JK(B) Working Principle
The motor transmits the power to the reel wound with the wire rope through the reducer to realize the lifting and lowering of the container. The speed is adjusted through electrical control. The disc brake is braked by hydraulic and electrical control. The machine, electricity, and hydraulic joint control system, composed of various transmission sensors and control components, realizes the monitoring and protection of the whole machine, and realizes the information transmission inside and outside the hoist through computer and network technology.
