The JKZ/2JKZ series shaft-sinking mine hoist is a specialized temporary hoisting equipment developed exclusively for mine shaft construction periods. It can be adapted to shaft excavation scenarios such as coal mines, metal mines, and non-metal mines, and meets the multi-functional hoisting needs of lifting gangue, lowering concrete, suspending sinking platforms, and transporting construction equipment during shaft sinking.

Application Scope

This is temporary construction equipment that must be replaced with a permanent production hoist once the mine is completed and put into operation, to ensure the essential safety of the mine’s production operation stage.

The hoist comprises four core systems:

  • Main Shaft Assembly: Dual drums (2JKZ) or single cylinder (JKZ) for rope winding.
  • Rope Adjustment Mechanism: Ensures precise alignment and tension control.
  • Hydraulic Station: Powers braking and auxiliary functions.
  • Electrical Control System: Centralized PLC-based controls with fail-safe protections (e.g., overspeed sensors, emergency brakes).
    Additional components include heavy-duty reducers, couplings, and reinforced base frames to withstand dynamic loads.

  1. Power Transmission: The motor drives the main shaft via couplings and reducers, converting rotational force to drum movement.
  2. Direction Control: Motor rotation reversal switches between lifting/lowering modes by winding/unwinding wire ropes.
  3. Load Handling: Ropes connected to buckets or platforms move vertically, transporting materials/personnel between shaft top and bottom.
  4. Safety Monitoring: Sensors detect anomalies (e.g., overspeed, overwinding), triggering automatic brakes or shutdowns.
  5. Mobility Cycle: Post-sinking, modular components are disassembled for transport to new sites, ensuring rapid redeployment.
