Process: The copper ore mining process flow is  Hopper-> Jaw Crusher -> Vibrating Feeder-> Trommel Scrubber-> Vibration Screen -> Ball Mill -> Slurry Pump-> Shaking Table

Solutions & Process

Copper Mining Plant

Crushing
The minerals from the hopper are sent to a jaw crusher for crushing.  

Washing
The crushed minerals send to the trommel scrubber for washing since the minerals are with stick clay.

Screening
The washed minerals come to a vibrating screen for screening.

Grinding
A ball mill is used to grill the minerals to superfine size(0.074-0.4mm).

Concentration
After grinding, the slurry pump sends the slurry to the shaking tables to get the concentration.
